Thank you for coming here, if I could give you a hug, I would! As the days get shorter and the world a bit more chaotic, I've never felt a more important time for us to connect in what I hope will be a fluid, accessible and supportive way. Please ask us questions, join our online tribe and let’s all become stronger as a global community. I must admit, I have been saddened at the current state of affairs and yet remain optimistic by the numbers of us rising in awareness. You - YES YOU are the change that the world needs!
What does that mean?
How can one person do anything for world peace or healing? Environmental urgencies and issues are something that you hold in the power of your hand. Simple choices like practicing yoga on the mat, will lead to a unification in all areas of our lives. What we eat affects the way we feel, as do the thoughts and activities that take place in our bedrooms, bathrooms, homes and gardens. I never thought I had much of an effect on anyone else…yet, now when I look back on my life and at my present, I know that’s not true. I realize that no effort, big or small has been in vain, but there is still much more that needs to be done.
I humbly stand here for you in service, so my team and I may be the continuous reminder to nurture your most healthy, beautiful and fit self. Being part of the solution of course has its personal benefits, but quite honestly all of the individual gain won’t mean a thing if we don't have the Earth beneath our feet or a state of peace in the world in which to enjoy our hard work.
So I am standing as a witness, reminder, friend and fellow humanitarian, wherever you are, that together we can shine and make monumental shifts in our own lives and for others. I thank you for coming here today and supporting what we are up to. For coming back and telling your friends. For standing hand in hand in unison for a more enlightened way of living... because what we need is not a revolution... but an evolution. I’ll leave us with this intention affirmed by the Hopis and that I now use to sign my personal emails.
We are the Ones we've been waiting for.
