HOT APPLE CIDER TEA
4 cups of Pure Water
3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (raw, unfiltered)
2-3 drops Cinnamon Bark &/or Clove Essential Oils (certified pure therapeutic grade)
or ½ Cinnamon Stick
1 tablespoon raw honey, agave, or maple syrup
Pinch of Pink Himalayan or Celtic Sea Salt
1. Boil water, with cinnamon stick in pot.
2. Pour into mug filled with remaining ingredients. Stir and savor!
