We all know the astounding health benefits of kale. This green is a nutritional powerhouse packed with antioxidants such as vitamin C, beta-carotene, kaempferol and quercetin. Bottom line, if People Magazine had to name a leaf the “sexiest vegetable alive”, kale would be standing there right next to George Clooney. However, there are a few people in the world that carry a deep dark secret, they don’t like the taste of kale. Well before you give up completely here are some tips and trick on how to add kale to your diet without sacrificing your taste buds:
- Go with the lil guys- Baby kale is known for having a softer and milder taste.
- Veg out- Try making kale chips. Personally, this is how I got hooked on kale. The homemade ones are the bees knees. We will link some fantastic recipes below so you can trade in your lays for those tasty K’s .
