RECIPE OF THE DAY: GREEN NOODLES
A power-packed live food feast for beauty and nutritional replenishment.
• 1 package kelp noodles or 3 zucchini (cut in spirals)
• 1 cup soaked almonds
• 2 cups kale
• 1 heirloom tomato
• ½ cup red bell pepper
• ½ avocado
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• ½ tablespoon Bragg Liquid Aminos (or nama shoyu or tamari)
• ½ tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 cloves garlic
• Cayenne pepper to taste
1. Add everything except the noodles of choice to the blender and blend.
2. Add the blended dressing on top of the noodles and enjoy!
3. Option: If you have one, warm in the dehydrator for a couple of hours or until warm and soft.
